Here we had to strip down to bear subfloor wood. We installed quitewalk as the underlayment then installed this Beautiful hardwood flooring. 

Upgrade your homes insulation and save on those heat bills! This upgrade to your attic is mess less and can be done in a day. Here we install attic vents into the soffit so your attic can have air flow, after the vents we then install a minimum of R-20 on top of your existing insulation. 

At this job we removed the trim and the old carpeting, we then installed one step sub floor and installed beautiful lvp flooring. We also saved the baseboards, repainted and reinstalled! 

At this job we installed a beautiful 6 foot tall privacy fence! 

Here we insulated the floor with R44 rock wool, then covered it with typar.

A fun tile demolition project. We Removed shower tiles and the floor tiles. 

On this job we removed the old broken parging and installed new parging. 

This job was beautifully completed. We stared off by drilling holes in the rock for re-bar to be epoxyd in, bonding the rock to the future house footings. 

We then framed and poured concrete footings. 

The next step was to set the sono tubes and fill them with cement. 

A gorgeous insulation installation!!
